Trinity Provides 24/7 Support for Emergency-Response Contractor

Emergencies don’t wait for business hours to strike. That why we don’t close our doors or stop answering the phone when the business day ends.

In fact, 24/7 response is one of Trinity Power’s specialities, which puts us in the unique position of providing equipment and expertise to contractors who also offer invaluable, around-the-clock services to their clients.

Recently, an electrical contractor offering 24/7 construction, engineering and maintenance services reached out to the Trinity team with a situation that required the kind of rapid response that we thrive on.

With over 60 years in business, this client’s dedication to safety and excellence, and their 24/7 emergency response, has established them in Ontario as a highly sought-after electrical contractor with an excellent reputation.

This contractor contacted Trinity Power because they had a client with a failing transformer, and they needed a temporary solution that would keep things running until the old transformer could be repaired or replaced. There was just one problem: a 2500kVA 12.4kV-347/600V transformer was not readily available in this region of Ontario. A temporary option would be difficult to source.

Our client turned to Trinity because they knew our quick response and wide array of inventory would ensure that their reputation for reliability and efficiency would remain untarnished.

The Trinity team sprang into action as soon as the call was made, locating the right transformer at our Houston branch, and shipping it quickly. The call came in on Wednesday and by Monday, the equipment was on site, ready to go, ensuring our client’s client experienced minimal delays.

In addition to the quick delivery, Trinity’s flexible rental approach meant the client was able to keep the equipment on site beyond their anticipated end date, when the permanent transformer took longer to arrive than anticipated.

Thanks to the Trinity team, our client was able to provide a quick, turn-key solution to their client, allowing them to operate without any manufacturing delays.
