COVID-19: Operations Update

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are always considering what is best for the health and safety of our staff, our customers and the communities that we serve. It is important to Trinity Power to play our part in keeping our communities safe.
Before briefing you on the steps Trinity Power has taken to lessen the risk of spreading COVID-19, we would like to affirm that operations as they pertain to equipment rentals and customer support has not changed. As Trinity Power is an industrial equipment rental company, our services have been designated as essential.

We are following the Centre for Disease Control Canada guidance to training and preventative measures to reduce the chance of infection in the workplace, including when possible, having employees work from home.
Please Note: All staff members working from home have been given every tool required to maintain the same level of productiveness achieved in the office. Working remote will in no way impede the quality or timeliness of project quoting and customer support.
All international and domestic company travel has been cancelled.
Any staff members returning from a personal flight must self isolate for 14 days before returning to one of our branches.
In-person customer visits to an office have ceased.
In-person customer visits to a job-site environment have been curtailed to an emergency only level.
We are encouraging our team members, customers and vendors to communicate over the phone, via email or video conferencing.
Trinity Power’s leadership team has established a daily meeting rhythm to review the evolving COVID-19 pandemic situation. We are committed to keeping our staff and customers educated on operations that may be impacted as a result.
